The place is a 300 square meter sea front property in Barangay Capalong, Real, Quezon province, just a short and relaxing 3 to 4 hour drive away from the Metropolis. Inside the gated property is a concrete house built right next to a large Talisay tree. There are two A/C bedrooms with multiple beds and ensuite bathrooms at the ground floor. The spacious living room and multi-seater dining area opens directly to the ocean facing porch next to a small plunge pool. There’s a two burner gas stove, a gas fired grill and a charcoal grill at the outdoor kitchen. The main kitchen is well equipped with a four burner electric & gas combo stove, a baking oven, two rice makers, a microwave oven, a toaster, a two door fridge and a blender for your fruit smoothies. Purified water is provided. There is a hot & cold water dispenser next to the coffee counter. This coffee nook has an espresso machine, a Dolce Gusto unit, french press, a drip coffee machine, a pour over coffee filter and a moka pot. Just bring your own pods and coffee beans and use our coffee grinder. The living area can accommodate a large group. The 65 inch 4K TV is connected to the latest karaoke system and Cignal cable TV. The fast internet fiber wifi connection provides streaming for Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Channel, HBO Go, Lionsgate and NBA TV. The outdoor staircase wraps around the Talisay tree and leads to the upper deck where the master’s bedroom is located. Inside the bedroom is a king size bed and a sofa bed which separates to two single beds. The ensuite bathroom has a roman tub for a nice bubble bath experience. The sauna room is also at the upper deck. Next to it is a two person jacuzzi hot tub and shower. Guest access Normally, the best and quickest route to and from Metro Manila is via the Famy-Real-Infanta road. The alternate route is via the scenic Marilaque Highway. There is enough space inside the property to park 4 cars. The seafood stalls and convenience stores of Mahaba, Tignoan are just a short drive at 5 kilometers away. Balagbag Falls, Nonok Falls and the surfing areas are in the next Barangay Malapad, just a 15 minute drive away. Real town proper is 7 kilometers away. The waterfront is just right there in the backyard facing the porch. It’s not a sandy beach but rock pools instead. It’s a unique experience soaking in the rock pools during high tides, and then fishing and exploring the rockies during low tides. The sunrise is beautiful and you can walk to a nice sandy cove just a hundred meters away. La Cabina Real 1 is the adjacent property. You can book both Airbnbs to accomodate as many ay 30 guests. Other things to note Please bring your own towels and toiletries. Soap, shampoo and other toiletries are not provided. There is no security guard or lifeguard on duty. Don’t go swimming in the deep portions of the sea as the tides and strong current may be dangerous. Also, please be mindful of the coconut trees in the property. Do not stay directly under them for long periods of time. We regularly clean and remove the mature coconuts and coco leaves but there’s always a small possibility that some might fall.
