How can I book the villa? - If you are already in good standing with Airbnb, you can reserve the villa instantly without our approval. 3. Can I get a discount? - We priced the villa lower than its average price outside Airbnb to gain popularity. 4. Can I book it directly with you to avoid Airbnb fees? - As mentioned, the price is low even with Airbnb fees, and we are loyal to the Airbnb platform and prefer to stay within it. 5. Is the swimming pool private? - Yes, the swimming pool is private and dedicated to the villa only. 6. Is the swimming pool heated and does it cost to turn the heater on? - Yes, the pool can be heated. Due to the high cost of power and since not all guests prefer a heated pool, we decided to add this feature based on individual requests. The pool heater consumes a lot of energy and will cost MAD300 per day. The charges will be paid through Airbnb as an additional service. 7.
