It’s a bright modern mountain themed home with 2 floors including 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Main floor - The fully furnished kitchen is open concept with miles of counter space and a central island. All dishes and cooking equipment are here for your cooking pleasure. The whole family can dine together at the 12-seat main dining table with mountain views. Another formal dining room also exists which accommodates 6-8 adults, perfect for games or adult only time! The living room has a stone gas fireplace and looks out to the mountain. Relax on the expansive south facing deck where you can see Crowsnest Mountain and the full southern range. The main floor has a king bedroom with full 4pc en suite with jacuzzi tub, the other main floor queen bedroom is next to the main floor 3pc bathroom. Second floor - The second floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, TV room, wet bar, and large games space. The first bedroom is 1 king bed with an additional daybed, the second bedroom has 2 bunk beds with 4 beds total (ideal for kids), the final room has a queen bed and a 2 piece en suite bathroom. This level has a games area with fooseball, games table, yoga mat and blocks, small weight set, it also has a gas fireplace as well as 65” TV for movie night or a big game! There is a deck just off the living room for covered dinning and mountain views. Guest access The top two floors of the home are available to guests. There is over 3200 sqft of space and 5 bedrooms / 4 bathrooms along with 2 separate decks and private yard with a hot tub and fire pit area exclusive for guests. The lower level is separated and slowly being fixed up by my husband and I (we do not work on or visit home while guests are staying there). Guests have exclusive access to 4 parking stalls on the driveway along with room along the road for trucks with small sled/quad trailers. The home has a complimentary washer and dryer on both levels along with detergent for guests to use if they need any washing. The attached double car garage is available for storing bikes / skis / other gear (even has tools to use), but we currently do not allow vehicles to park inside the garage.
