All shops: Carrefour, organic store, Auguste Blanqui market, bakeries,... 3-minute walk from Place d'Italie: metro 5; 6 and 7. The space This is my primary residence. I rent it out when I'm on leave. Very quiet, overlooking the rooftops of Paris and a quiet and medieval alley typical of Paris. No neighbors because the building opposite stops on the 5th floor and my apartment is on the 6th floor.
