The space Initially operating as a timeshare, this beachfront property has converted into individually own condo/apartment units. This is not a hotel, however, the majority of the unit holders do offer their respective rooms for short term, vacation rental. Guest access Please note, since the property is a strata/condominium, and not a hotel, our front lobby is not set-up with guest services, such as check-in. Alternatively, the security gate will be notified of your expected arrival. Once on property, you can independently make your way to your room (Building C is situated on the left of the property; please see property map, emailed prior to arrival). Alternatively, you can request for assistance to the room - security will seek the help from our grounds staff (the grounds person will likely expect a tip for their service). Your room is equipped with a keyless entry system. All communication, upon and prior to your arrival will ensure a smooth self-check-in to your beachfront accommodation. Other things to note Please note, prior to checking-in, guests are required to pay a $200 refundable security deposit (through the Airbnb platform) aimed to cover any damages or incidentals during their stay. Rest assured, if no damages or incidentals occur during the time of stay, the deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of checking-out (minus a $50 cleaning fee for bookings less than 7 nights).
