Lower level has 3 bedrooms with a queen bed each plus 1 kids room with 2 bunkbeds (4 single beds). Full bathroom with shower tub combination on the lower level with washer/dryer. In the off season (mid September to mid May) there is a possibility of a lower rate if you don't need all the bedrooms. Please reach out to us. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire property and private pool + hot tub. Pool is available end of June to early September. Hot tub is available all year long.
