The Sleeping PODS at The Butchers Arms are a stylish and unique place to begin a memorable adventure. If your'e planning on walking, biking, fishing or exploring the incredible South Wales Countryside, The Butchers Arms is the ideal place to begin. The Butchers Arms is only 5 Miles away from Bike Park Wales and is surrounded by some of the best biking and hiking trails in the world. The space Situated in the stunning beauty of the Bannau Brycheiniog in Wales, The Butchers Arms is a recently renovated country pub which dates back over 200 years. You will sleep in our cosy POD beds which have their own charger points, lighting and storage area. We are situated on the gateway to the Bannau Brycheiniog National Park, there are mountains, moorland, standing stones and castles, enchanting waterfalls and vibrant communities, all just waiting for you to explore. For fabulous local food, great beers, unforgettable landscapes and legendary hospitality – we’ll show you the best that Wales has to offer. Guest access Guests are welcome to relax and enjoy a drink and enjoy dishes from our freshly prepared food menu. It's a good idea to book a table before your visit. In the summer months theres nothing better than relaxing in our outside area and soaking up the stunning Vaynor Valley. Breakfast is served in the pub from 8-10am every morning. Let us know if you have any dietary requirements. Other things to note The PODS have their own rear entrance for easy access when the pub is closed. There is also a member of staff on duty during the night The restaurant is busy so its a good idea to pre book and pre order your meals. The menu is available on our website and you can book a table of up to 6 people here too. Any more than 6 give us a call. Breakfast is served 8-10am and must be pre booked and paid for in the pub. Only food and drink purchased in The Butchers Arms can be consumed in the restaurant and bar areas. We're happy for guests to consume their own food in the sleeping areas but please clean up after yourself. There are several bike hire companies in the area the area. We can put you in touch with them if needed.
