Therefore, we would like to alert you that we do not operate as a hotel and do not offer hotel services. We are sharing a home, in a safe way that is within a residential condominium and as such, we all have to obey the rules of the condominium statute, as occurs in any residential condominium throughout Brazil. So, any problems that occur within the accommodation, we will make every effort to resolve them. However, to solve problems that may occur unpredictably in the condominium, our power of interference is limited, precisely because it is a common space and we are subject to the condominium rules. We have no control and cannot interfere with neighboring accommodations or the guests who are there or any decisions that the owners of these properties may make. Our power to resolve issues involving properties that are not under our responsibility is very limited, we can only report complaints to the condominium manager, the concierge or the police in cases of violation of laws and violation of the condominium rules. We have no partnership or any other type of special connection with city halls, energy, water or gas supply companies. When an unforeseen event occurs in relation to these companies and public agencies, we have no way to resolve it; we depend on the government and the companies in the same way as anyone in their own home, anywhere in Brazil.
