Description
The apartment was entirely renovated by my husband and I, both architects using luxury materials such as marble, walnut wood or parquet floor. Everything was made to measure. It is very spacious and has an amazing view on Parisian roofs & Luxembourg garden. It is located in front of the Luxembourg garden, in the core of the Latin quarter. There are 2 suites, each of them with a bedroom and a private bathroom, an office & a very wide family Space It was widely published in design magazines The space The apartment has a very large living space that includes an open kitchen with a bar and bar stools, a dining room , the living room with a home cinema and the office which can be both incorporated to the main living space or separated with thick felt curtains. There is also a guest toilet in the entrance On each side of the apartment, there are 2 suites, the master bedroom and the 2nd bedroom, each of them with an en suite bathroom ( bath tub in the 2nd bedroom and big shower in the master bedroom), as well as closets . The kitchen is made of travertine marble and stainless steel. The dining room has a lacquered blue free form table designed by charlotte Perriand The living room includes a big walnut wood bookcase and a home cinema . The office space is designed as both part of the living space or as a separate room that can serve as an extra single bedroom . The entrance guest toilet is entirely made of green Italian marble and walnut wood. The master bathroom has a big shower and the 2nd bedroom’s bathroom has a bathtub. It is entirely made of white calacatta marble . All the furniture are original design pieces by pierre Paulin, le Corbusier/ Charlotte Perriand / Ishigami / pierre lissoni etc, and there is also a number of art pieces .
