🏙 My space is located in the West Zone in one of the best neighborhoods in the city of Marília, Jardim Eldorado! The neighborhood has easy access to the center. 🏠 The house is right in front of a bakery, a pharmacy and a market. The region, in addition to being well located in the city, is still a region with lots of greenery, fresh air and a quiet neighborhood. Be sure to find a unique space, if you love different experiences and especially old things, this is the right place for you! The space 🛌 Guests will have access to the New York Room with a bunk bed, which will be for the exclusive use of the guest, and no one else will enter it during the stay, also access to the bathroom shared with the rest of the house. In addition, the house has several other environments that can be used: An outdoor kitchen exclusively for guests and preparing their own meals with a refrigerator, stove and microwave (we also have an indoor kitchen, but it is for the exclusive use of the hostess and residents only), a laundry room with a washing machine and a tank for washing your clothes if necessary, the entrance hall with armchairs for reading and resting, a huge living room that has a television with Netflix and several super comfortable sofas, and finally a very beautiful and spacious flowery backyard with an ofuro and ducha at your total disposal! (To use the hot tub/shower or barbecue, the host must be informed, as an extra fee is charged for cleaning and maintenance of these 3 items). Guest access 🔐 The guest will have access to the property through smart keypad locks and can check in on their own. Guest entrance is through the garage, you as a guest will have free access as long as you always respect the silence after 8 p.m. (as we have more residents in the house who should not be disturbed at night) During your stay I📲 'll be available to answer any questions guests have through Airbnb chat, and after booking is confirmed I'll also be available via Whats for any questions. I live in the back in one of the rooms of the Charmosa house (Istanbul Room) Other things to note GARAGE ⚠️INFORMATION ⚠️ It is important to note that although it is not marked that we have a garage, we do have a garage that can accommodate up to a maximum of two cars (depending on the size of each car). However, we have a preference system. We have other rooms in the house, and there may be more guests who also want to use the garage during their stay. Therefore, there is a preference for using the garage in this sequence: Paris Suite > Rome Room > New York Room > London Room. If the rooms with higher preference do not use the garage, you can use it without any problem. And we emphasize that we always try to talk to the guest who has the preference, so that he or she does not occupy the entire garage, so that two cars can fit, but this also depends on the size of the car.
