Landlyst, room for rent. The green room

Room on the 1st floor for rent. Small double bed 140 * 200 with the possibility of extra bedding, for a fee. There is free parking on the property, private entrance, lock in the room, access to the shower/toilet, free wifi TV with various streaming services. Access to garden/terrace. 4-5 minute walk to bus or light rail to Aarhus, 2-5 minute walk to Q8, Netto or pizzeria. Possibility of charging a car, charged separately (11 kw charger ) About 30 minutes to Djurs summerland and Tirstrup airport. The space We have a teenager (he is quiet and calm and rarely has guests at home) who lives on the same floor as the rental rooms (we have 2 rooms next to each other that we rent out) You may also run the risk of meeting a very affectionate cat outside 😊 Our house is an older but charming house with floors and stairs that creak, but you don't have to tiptoe for our sake 😃 Remember: Do not park at the company on the other side of the road, only in our yard or on the road in front of the house 😊 We have a surveillance camera outside the house. Guest access There is access to the room, kitchenette, bathroom, garden and terrace. During your stay I am almost always available in private. Just knock, call or write to me :) Other things to note It can be hot on the 2nd floor in the summer, but there is a fan in the room that can help a little☺️
