Brand new, this 21 m² studio is located on the 1st floor of a farmhouse completely renovated and rehabilitated in 2023/2024 It is conveniently located in downtown COGNAC. As the owners are architects, the decoration, amenities and materials have been chosen with the utmost care. The space The brightness is optimal thanks to a large roof window that has an electric roller shutter. The window overlooking the inner courtyard is equipped with a blackout curtain. You can store your belongings in the closets/wardrobes with mirror door and hangers. We have also equipped them with a vacuum cleaner, cleaning kit and household products. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment and amenities, including a dishwasher, Nespresso, pods, tea, sugar, condiments, pasta, rice. A 2-seater snack table can be used as a desk, we have thought of a maximum of outlets to plug in your equipment. The bedding is of high quality, we opted for the EMMA GRAND CONFORT 160 X 200 range, memory foam mattresses and pillows, bed frame with movable slats, duvet and hotel range bed linen. The bathroom is spacious with a beautiful 140 X 80 walk-in shower, we provide you with organic vegan shower gel and shampoo. The vanity unit has 2 storage drawers and a 3-color LED backlit mirror. We have equipped this bathroom with an ionic hair dryer, an electric towel dryer and provide you with hotel-range towels (and toilet paper too!) High-tech equipment, the accommodation has VERY HIGH SPEED FIBER WIFI 400 MB/S. We have equipped the studio with a large screen Smart TV, the CANAL+LIVE + On-demand service package, cinema, series, documentaries, international channels, Netflix with your own account… Guest access STUDIO ACCESS – SECURITY – ENVIRONMENT Check-in is autonomous. You enter an inner courtyard through a gate equipped with a code keypad. For your safety, the inner courtyard is under video surveillance. The key to the accommodation is placed in a coded key box. At night the courtyard is beautifully lit, by street lamps, terminals and night lights above the floor access doors. Signage easily directs you to your home. Other things to note A laundry room is at your disposal, it is located on the ground floor of the accommodation. You have access to a washing machine and a dryer (laundry included) for a fee of €5 per machine. You can also use the sink with drainer, ironing board and iron, steam iron (no extra charge).
