Spaces with carefully selected furniture add a personal touch with soft, neutral tones, creating a relaxing and cozy stay. The space The house has two floors on a plot of a thousand meters with a private pool and outdoor shower, with a garden divided into two parts by the ramp that gives access to the garage. The ground floor with its wonderful porch has several access doors where there is a large living room with a large dining table, armchair sofa and reading table, sideboard and drawer with all kinds of board games in addition to a 65'' TV. On this ground floor there is also the fully equipped kitchen and in a separate hallway there is a full bathroom and a toilet with three beautiful very comfortable rooms. One of the doors of the kitchen leads down to a patio where there is a clothesline, a ping pong table and the boiler room. The upper floor has a full bathroom and three beautiful bedrooms, two of them with a 50'' TV and all of them with air conditioning and a heat pump. Please DO NOT smoke inside the house, living room or bedrooms. Guest access A private 10x5 meter swimming pool with Roman steps, sun loungers, and chairs. A ping pong table. A paella burner with different sizes of paellas and its gas cylinder, and a mobile barbecue. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE AND ROOMS Other things to note There is no fence around the private pool. The entrance to the plot opens onto a path that ends in a semicircular granite staircase with several steps, as shown in the photos and without a railing, however there is a second entrance from the other side of the garden that opens onto the main entrance door as well. The three bedrooms on the top floor have air conditioning and a heat pump. It is not usually hot on the ground floor as it is not a very hot summer, but the three rooms on this floor have fans in case they are needed. At all times, the rules of coexistence and the community must be respected, in addition to the state and municipal regulations that may be in place in terms of regulations and restrictions of any nature.
