Welcome to our charming, renovated, air-conditioned loft just a 2-minute drive from Monaco and a 10-minute walk from the beach ! This accommodation has all the comforts you need for your holidays or business trips. The space This accommodation has : - One bedroom with double bed - A shower room - Separate WC - Living room with sofa bed - A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen - Dining area - Patio - Air conditioning - TV and Wi-Fi Guest access You'll be able to make the most of the whole flat, which will be entirely devoted to you. Gowtham & Thamiz will be at your disposal during your stay and will be delighted to answer your questions by phone or via Airbnb messaging from 8am to 7pm, 7 days a week. We'll be happy to share our best addresses and tips with you. Don't hesitate to contact us! Other things to note - The day before your arrival we will contact you via Airbnb with arrival instructions. - We will be available by phone and on the Airbnb booking platform from 08:00 to 19:00 7/7 - We can arrange an airport transfer with our preferred partner, please contact us to book this option - The kitchen must be cleaned and the dishes washed and put away after your departure. If this is not the case, you agree to a €30 surcharge being deducted from your deposit. - Please take out your rubbish before you leave the accommodation. - The accommodation is non-smoking. Any breach of this rule will be charged €150 to cover cleaning and deodorising costs. - A set of sheets and towels will be provided for your arrival on the basis of one set per bed and per stay. If you would like an extra set or a replacement, please let us know 24 hours in advance. The extra set will be charged at €25. - We will provide you with welcome products for your arrival (soap, toilet paper, bin bags). The products we provide are for your convenience and are there to help you arrive feeling at ease. We cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for your entire stay.
