The farm house was built in the 1850's and still has much of its historic charm but with modern comforts and furnishings. The house also boasts of a stair case imported from Leads England, a billiards room, ping pong table, foosball and a full wrap around porch where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery. The space Unplug from the daily stress of life and reconnect with your family and nature at this beautiful farm property. Its your own slice of paradise with 15 acres of pastures, forest's, orchards and creeks to explore. With so many activities on site you'll never want to leave! Go on a hike around the property or just have fun seeing all the wildlife and farm animals. Have fun exploring the two creeks. After a long fun stress free day enjoy your favorite meal by cooking on the gas grill and unwinding on the big wrap around porch in a rocking chair. At night enjoy the stars sitting with your friends around a new smokeless fire pit. This farm has history everywhere! The property was settled in the late 1700's and was one of the first farms in the area. A log cabin was originally built by the creek and remnants from the well is still there. A big silo and several barns from the 1800's still remain. The farm house was built in 1850 and added onto in 1910 and then again in 2012. Inside you'll find its newly renovated with updated furniture but with original character and features. For entertainment you will find a billiards room, ping pong and foosball, board games, a blue tooth speaker/ karaoke and outdoor games such as corn hole, volleyball, soccer. The kitchen table is big enough for your whole group and seats 10 (with extra table & chairs available onsite) and theres also 4 picnic tables on the porch for even larger groups. A fully stocked coffee bar is also provided. With high speed internet and a desk in the master this is perfect for a work/vacation getaway. Being in the heart of Lebanon and Springboro, you are just minutes from all the shopping and dinning they have to offer. 5 minutes from historic downtown Lebanon with many dinnings and shopping options 15 minutes from Kings Island, Ceasars Creek state park, Great Wolf lodge, Monroe outlets and downtown Springboro, traders world 30-45 minutes to Cincinnati or Dayton 1 hour from Ark Encounter/ Creation museum Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the house and porch. You also can enjoy the outdoors and the 15 acres. Other things to note This is a very secluded and private property and your privacy will always be respected but it is a working farm. No one will be there during the early morning hours or late evening but we may be there during the day working. There is a horse and cattle on the property and other outdoor things on the property that might need attended to during the day. You can explore the whole property but we ask that you refrain from going into the barns. We sometimes allow events or extra guests over but they are a case by case basis and extra fee's would apply. Only guests listed in your booking are allowed being on the property. If you want to have any amount of extra guests visit it has to be approved and extra charges will apply. There is a very comfortable cot, futon and the couch is a pull out sofa in the living room We do have 2 exterior cameras and dont have any on the inside. They are used so we can keep an eye on our property while we aren't there and make sure no one is having an unauthorized event or extra guests. After the 8th guest there is an extra fee per guest When you book that fee is automatically calculated by how many guests you enter check in on Sundays is at 4pm. this is because we attend church so need a little extra time. we try to compensate by allowing an hour later checkout but thats only possible if no one is checking in the same day you are checking out. We have a retired couple who is our care takers that stays behind one of our barns in their RV. They keep to themselves but are super nice and helpful. They have been managers of camp grounds and are the nicest couple you will ever meet! Feel free to pet and feed the anilmals but do so at your own risk!
