Enjoy a space that was done with so much love poured into it. **Once inside you’ll be met with a wall of windows that creates that seamless connection between the indoors and outdoors. **The cabin is an open concept. No matter where you are there is a beautiful view to the outside. **We offer a queen blow up mattress with a built in pump. It allows us to accommodate 6, but keep in mind space is on the smaller side. ** the upstairs king bedroom is a loft open to downstairs. ** descriptions of each space is in the pictures so please read to see what is offered. ** Lake Fort Smith is 3.7 miles(8 minutes) **Devil's Den State Park 20 miles(24 minute drive) **Fayetteville ( University of Arkansas) is 32 miles(35 minutes) beautiful campus. **Ft. Smith is 32 (35 minutes) ** Come and “just be” Guest access Access to the entire cabin and 5.22 acres of land. 1 locked owners closet upstairs. Other things to note ** we sit just off the beautiful scenic byway, highway 71. It is the way travelers take the scenic route from Ft. Smith to Fayetteville. Sometimes you will hear and see traffic. It is fun to wonder where they are traveling to. Lake Ft. Smith? Devil’s Den? Buckhorn trail? Or it may be motorcycles or bicyclists you can hear, on a quiet non windy day, talking to each other or listening to music. ** We are located in Crawford county. It is a dry county so make sure to get your adult beverages before coming. There is a beer barn on the way to Devil's Den. It looks like a little house. Address is 10964 E. Devil's Den Rd. Winslow, Ar. 72959 ** There is a brand new Dollar General market in Mountainburg for groceries. (6-8 min away) ** closest gas station in Mountainburg about 10 minutes away. **We highly recommend that all guests obtain travel insurance for their own protection and peace-of-mind as we cannot control, or refund based on weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of God/other things beyond our control. **please no smoking inside for the sake of our home and the next guest coming after to stay. **The fully paved driveway is steep. It does not require 4 wheel drive unless it happens to be snowy or icy. When leaving parking spot to go down driveway, it is easiest to backup to shed to head back down. ** There is extra parking spots that can accommodate trailers. We are not liable if you choose to ride any sort of SUV/side by side on the property. It is very steep and rocky. ** There is no covered parking so please know that there is a possibility of limbs, nuts, etc that fall from trees. Especially in the fall. **This is in the middle of nature so there are bugs, lizards, snakes, and birds. If the doors are left open they may come inside. There is bug spray offered. **If there is a burn ban we will communicate that.
