This charming Blue Lake Springs cabin is filled with character and light, sits at the edge of Big Trees State Park with trails for exploring right off the back deck. Guests can enjoy access to Blue Lake Springs pool and lake, easy access to skiing at Bear Valley and plenty of other amenities at the cabin including a new foosball table, new AC and heating, outdoor fire-pit, bbq, games and more. We are also family and dog friendly. The space Guests also have access to Blue Lake Springs Lodge where you can enjoy a private lake, swimming pool, bocce, restaurant, basketball, as well as Fly-In-Acres reservoir. We provide the guest card to access, additional fees apply when you check into the resort. Note: pool access is seasonal - opening Memorial Day through Labor Day. If you're visiting in the winter, you're only just over half an hour from Bear Valley Ski Resort and its surroundings for snow fun. If you're into wine tasting, or boutique shopping we're about 20-25 minutes to Murphys which has events throughout the year. Also the Sequoia Woods golf club bar and restaurant is a 20-minute walk and other Arnold restaurants, shops and other amenities are a short 5 min drive. Sleeping arrangements: Bedroom 1: Queen bed Bedroom 2: Queen bed Bedroom 3: Bunk bed (double on bottom, twin on top) and trundle twin Open loft: sofa-bed Plenty of board games, puzzles, pack-n-play, kiddie gate, and access to Internet TV, with Netflix, YouTube and more. Newly added heating and AC plus working fireplace. Things to Know: - Access to the HOA amenities requires a guest card (available on the property) and an additional fee. - 2 dogs welcome in this home. - Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. - cell phone reception in the area may be spotty. Please make sure to print out driving instructions prior to arrival in case you're unable to access cell phone coverage. We have Wi-fi at the cabin for wi-fi enabled calling, streaming or work. If you're traveling in the winter please check the weather report. If it is snowing or has snowed recently, 4WD or tire cables/chains will be required to access the cabin.
