The accommodation consists of a living room, a small kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 1 separate toilet, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds of 80 x 190 each + 1 sofa bed in the living room (140 x 200), or 6 beds in total. The space Comprising 3 rooms facing East-South East, with an area of about 75 m2, this very bright apartment sleeps 6 people. The accommodation is accessible by elevator and offers direct access to the beach of l 'Ecluse. It is composed of: - a large living room opening onto a spacious terrace with panoramic sea views of the bay of Saint-Malo, - a TV area with a sofa bed (bed dimensions: 140x200 cm), - 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds each (bed dimensions: 80x190 cm), - 2 bathrooms (including 1 with shower), - 1 kitchenette, - 1 separate WC The sleeping area is composed of 4 single beds and 1 sofa bed. The single beds can be brought together to make double beds. You will find on site duvets (4 single duvets and 2 double duvets), cushions and blankets. Linens (sheets and towels) can be provided upon request: - 25 euros/person in single bed configuration, - 20 euros/person in double bed configuration (i.e. €40 per double bed) Kit content per person: 1 flat sheet, 1 duvet cover and 1 hotel-grade polycoton pillowcase, 1 bath sheet and 1 100% cotton towel.
