The space: The Mini Suites has two 550 sq. ft. studio apartments with split ACs in all the rooms. Each apartment has a spacious living room with a queen size sofa-cum-bed, a foldable dining table with 3 adjustable highchairs, and a 55’ LED TV with Jio set top box. The small kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances like microwave oven, induction plate, toaster, water purifier, refrigerator (single door), hot water kettle, and all utensils and cutlery sufficient for 2-4 members. The lavish bedroom is fully furnished with a queen size bed, dresser, big wardrobe with locker facility, and a small coffee table with a beautiful view of the greenery around the apartment. We also have 24x7 seamless Wi-Fi connectivity via Jio Air Fiber for you to enjoy OTT streaming platforms or to work hassle free. The studio apartments are inside gated premises with 24x7 security and surveillance cameras. Guest access Our suites are located in Tarabai Park, a well-known and a well-connected locality in Kolhapur, at a distance of 7 kms from Mumbai – Bengaluru highway. It is a quiet neighborhood with plush greenery and wide open roads. We have one studio apartment per floor on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the building with elevator access and 1 covered car park for each apartment. tHe Mini Suites is right next to the Residency club and a few minutes away from malls like DYP, Westside, Pantaloons; restaurants like Dehati, Tandoor, Parakh, Thalis etc., and hotels like Sayaji, Pearl etc. As the studio apartments are centrally located, all the online delivery vendors such as Swiggy and Zomato cater to your need and can deliver the best of cuisines at your doorstep.
