House in downtown Melipeuco, gateway to Conguillio

Your family or group of friends will be close to everything when you stay at this tastefully renovated, centrally located home. The property feels like country living with its large yard full of fruit trees, just one block from Melipeuco's Main street and all its amenities. Equipped for up to 6 people, it is a perfect base from which you can enjoy the village's cultural life and surrounding wonders such as the Conguillio National Park. Enjoy your stay in one of the Araucanian region’s gem! The space The house has a large open space with cathedral ceiling including a living room, dining room, a well equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and a twin bed, another with two twin beds, and a mezzanine with a queen bed is available for guests comfortable climbing up a ladder, ideal for teenagers. There are two new full bathrooms, one with a shower, and the other one with a bathtub. The property has a large yard, with a hammock for your naps, a large picnic table, and a wall tent where kids can play (a mattress can be provided on demand for the bed located in the tent). Guest access Guests have access to all the amenities described above. Other things to note This is our home, we rent it while we are not in the village, so please be respectful of the house, and say hi to our neighbours as they are all very friendly!
