True Soho Artist Loft

Just Completed Renovation - Experience a true artist loft in Soho! The loft is set up with 3 sleeping areas; large private queen bedroom, sleeping nook, and living area with full pull out sofa, so we can host 5 people total. We are in a Walk Up building, 4 flights. This classic loft is 1800 sqft with high end furniture, a large open kitchen, skylight, central AC and washer dryer. Available for quiet enjoyment. No parties :) The space The loft has a primary bedroom that is private, a single bed nook next to it, and a pull out couch in the loft space. We have a washer dryer, plenty of living space to enjoy a true soho artist loft experience. Other things to note The building is a walk up. No Roof Access. It is off limits. $200 fine per instance. We are on our own hot water heater so extended use of hot water in the shower or bath with last only 30-45 minutes at a time. We Cannot accept packages.
