Unnotified commercial shoots will be fined $1000/day ▶NO pets without prior approval, or a $500 fine will apply. With approval, a pet fee of $50 per pet applies every 3 nights with a maximum of 2 pets allowed. All pets must be house trained –the pet fee will NOT cover the additional costs if your pet soils/damages any aspect of the unit ▶NO smoking of any kind indoors. Smoking indoors will result in a $2000 fine (please smoke at the designated area OUTSIDE) ▶Keep noise levels to a minimum in the evening ▶Mail/parcels can NOT be sent to this address ▶All food deliveries must be picked up in the lobby ——— Check-In/Check-Out: ▶Subject to availability, an early check-in can be offered upon request for an additional fee of $50 per hour ▶Late check-out is an additional fee of $50 per hour. If you check-out later than 2 hours you will be charged the next day full rental fee but without the permission to stay at the property ——— Other Fees: ▶Other extra cleaning fees such as couch cleaning, carpet cleaning, ozone treatment, unapproved pet's fur and stains may be applied specifically ▶Hand/bath towels missing will be charged $30 each ▶Missing key or fob will result in an extra charge of $100 per fob, $200 per garage door opener, $100 per key ▶If you lock yourself out of the unit, a $200 emergency fee will be applied to have someone come unlock the door ——— Other Notes: This is a residential building, noises are possible including elevator noises, foot traffic in the hallway, and unit and staircase doors opening or closing. This building is located in the city, there is a possibility for outside noises including vehicles. The pool, sauna or gym may undergo maintenance at any time without notice.
