There's a cute kitchenette at one end with a sink, under counter microwave, and a couple of drawers containing essentials. You'll find plates, mugs, basic utensils, and wine glasses. That's right, you're not going to cook a turkey here, and why would you want to, with so many incredible food options a five minute walk away? Even though there's a coffee maker, you'll probably want to just run down to Sens Café, in an atmospheric limestone building a block away, facing Lake Ontario. Light sleeper? There are two blinds, including a blackout blind, covering the large window. Both blinds are easily operated by a remote. And you will sleep well in the comfortable Queen bed with high-end mattress and linens. You'll love the beautiful herringbone flooring, the brick feature wall behind the bed and a charming banquette table where you can sit with your tablet for a minute before you head out the door to enjoy all that is downtown Kingston. There's a 50" smart television with Netflix installed, which doubles as a work of art, free parking off the street, and the host is in the building if you have any questions about the neighbourhood, nearby restaurants or local history.
