Our Vaubarlet vacation rental is ideal for family reunions. Parties, bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, events likely to create nuisances are STRICTLY prohibited. The gite is part of a large house inhabited year-round. The space We have renovated this former hostel with the necessary comfort while maintaining its original look. Surrounded by forest, 2 steps from the river "La Dunière", nature will offer you many opportunities for discoveries, walks, visits. On the ground floor, on an area of 100m², you will find a cocooning lounge area, a space with dining table, a kitchen and a toilet. The floor consists of 4 bedrooms each equipped with shower room, 2 bathrooms and a toilet. Adjacent to the main cottages, another independent part composed of 2 bedrooms with a double bed, a bathroom and a games room with TV, foosball and darts as well as a kitchenette. Other things to note Details: The cottage can only be rented for weekend and week. The number of guests cannot exceed 14 people. Fireplaces are not permitted. Beds are made upon arrival, towels are not provided. Hobbies, discoveries: The Valette dam is a site to discover (walking, swimming, paddleboarding, sailing, mountain biking...) The Himalayan walkway in grazac is the largest in France, is 10km from the cottage. The via fluvia (bike ride and walking) passes less than 10 km from the cottage.
