Modern apartment of 100 m2 with an ideal location to get to know Malaga, just 10 minutes walking from Larios street and 15 minutes from Maria Zambrano station, 3 minutes from Guadalmedina subway and 2 minutes from bus stops. With everything you need to have a pleasant stay and you can disconnect and enjoy with family or friends, in this equipped space you will feel at home. The accommodation has private parking for compact / small vehicles. The space As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces: - A living area where you can find both a a lounge area with sofa and TV and another part of dining room. - Two bedrooms with a double bed - A room with two single beds and a desk - A kitchen - Two bathrooms with bathtub Free private parking is available at the accommodation for small/compact vehicles only. Maximum permitted dimensions: - Length: 4500 mm - Height: 1616 mm - Width (without mirrors): 1845 mm Space is limited. The entry of the vehicle is at the guest's own risk. It is a warm and cozy space, used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest. Guest access - Guests have access to the entire property. - Towels, bed linen and hand soap are provided. - Hot water is provided by an electric water heater. It is important to note that it can run out and then it is necessary to wait for it to fill up again. Other things to note - Legal registration of travelers according to Decree 1513/1959 and Decree 450/1975. - For legal reasons, we need the identification data of all travelers over 15 years old. Failure to complete this form will result in cancellation of the reservation. - It will be requested only for confirmed reservations, a few days before arrival. - Failure to provide the requested data prior to arrival will result in cancellation of the reservation without refund. When you arrive at the apartment, I will welcome you in person. * Free check-in takes place from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. * Check-in after 7:00 PM and until 9:00 PM will incur an additional charge of €20, payable by the guest at the time of key handover. * Check-in after 9:00 PM and until 11:00 PM will incur an additional charge of €30, payable by the guest at the time of key handover. * After 11:00 PM, a €50 fee will apply upon request. Due to apartment rules, late check-ins are not accepted. Please note that last-minute bookings may be subject to a delay in check-in of up to 2 hours (until 6:00 PM). We offer a self check-in option during these hours, free of charge. The check-in time is until 11:00 PM, as stated in the house rules. We offer free early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability of the apartment. Check-in until 11:00 PM is guaranteed; availability after that time can be checked. The guest will be responsible for the cost of locksmith services in case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the apartment (€150 to be paid directly to the locksmith before opening the apartment). Other things to keep in mind: Parties and noisy gatherings are strictly prohibited and may result in penalties from the relevant authorities. Beds and towels are prepared according to the number of guests indicated in the reservation. It is not allowed to accommodate more people than those stated in the reservation. Please turn off lights and air conditioning before leaving the apartment. Please take out the trash daily, especially during the summer months. Leave the apartment tidy before departure. Be respectful of the property; I expect the best from you. Thank you very much. Once the reservation is confirmed, I will request a copy of the passports or ID documents of all guests over 16 years old. Failure to provide these documents may result in cancellation of the reservation. IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPANISH LAW, ALL GUESTS STAYING IN A TOURIST APARTMENT ARE REQUIRED TO PRESENT IDENTIFICATION (ID CARD OR PASSPORT) AND SIGN THE GUEST REGISTRATION FORM FOR THE NATIONAL POLICE. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS REQUIREMENT WILL ENTITLE US TO CANCEL THE RESERVATION WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION TO THE CLIENT. If you forget any belongings in the accommodation, it is your responsibility to arrange their collection. Although we will keep them for a limited time, you must send someone on your behalf to collect them. It is important that you notify us of any lost items; please note they will be collected at a location different from the apartment. RESPECT: * Guests are expected to behave in a normal and respectful manner within the property and toward the neighborhood. * Parties/events are not allowed. * Please be mindful of noise. BEDS: * Please indicate the exact number of guests staying and how you plan to arrange sleeping. Beds will be prepared according to the number of guests indicated in the reservation.
