Our large house sleeps up to 8 in a quiet and natural environment, close to the beaches of Porspoder. Spacious and bright, it is perfectly suited for families, couples or groups of friends, for a stay dedicated to relaxation and comfort. The heated pool is 22°C, the garden, terrace and generous living spaces allow you to fully enjoy North Finistère. She will give you the keys, show you the accommodation and remain available to answer any questions you may have to ensure a pleasant and serene stay. This in-person welcome allows you to: facilitate the handling of the accommodation share local tips (beaches, restaurants, walks) ensure human contact appreciated by guests Everything is designed to make you feel at home as soon as you arrive, whether it's for a family vacation, a stay with friends or a relaxing getaway. Other things to note A security deposit of €1,500 is required upon arrival by check, it is only used to cover any damage, loss or deterioration found after the stay, in accordance with the rules of the Airbnb platform. End-of-stay cleaning is not included in the rate and remains the responsibility of guests. All the necessary cleaning equipment is available in the accommodation. Before departure, we thank you for: - collect used sheets and towels - Empty garbage cans - Empty the dishwasher - leave the accommodation in good and respectful condition Check-ins start at 5 p.m. and checkouts start before 10 a.m., to ensure proper preparation of the accommodation for the next guests.
