Mountain View Gulloo cabin at Uluramaya Retreat

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Situated at the top of fifty acres of Eucalypt forest just 10 minutes from the country town of Woodford and just one hour north of Brisbane Relax and recharge surrounded by nature in this rustic cabin full of natural timbers two bedrooms and bathrooms with outdoor bath surrounded by sculpture filled gardens. Our ethos is simple, relaxed and at one with nature . For something different book in for a pottery experience with Sue during your stay. The space Each cabin has a self contained kitchen with a two burner gas cooktop and small fridge . Cutlery , cooking utensils pots, pans , plates dishes and cups are all supplied along with a starter pack of tea ,coffee , sugar and milk. A 2 burner gas BBQ sits outside on your covered deck area. Hammocks and outdoor lounge chairs sit on the deck along with an outdoor bath on Gulloo cabin deck. Guest access Guests are welcome to take a walk through our acreage down the track through the forest to the teepee and bush shelter ( please be aware the teepee and shelter are under maintenance since the last storms )Walking poles are available to use on your deck. Please be aware the track into the forest becomes very slippery in wet weather please wear suitable footwear. Other things to note We have a wifi hotspot in front of the hall if you would like to use the wifi there please let me know. As we are off grid and powered by solar our cabins are very low impact ( no appliances like coffee machines ,microwaves and TV's) please be aware if you plan to bring appliances with you it may interrupt the power supply please advice us ahead of time.
