The chalet "Bergahorn" with its approx. 185 square meters of living space and large terrace (about 100 square meters) with mountain views is very generously designed. The apartment has 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, a children's room with a single bunk bed (1.70 × 0.80) and a living room with a sofa bed. There is an outdoor parking space and an underground parking space with electric charging station. Through the large terrace you have a great view over the Allgäu alpine meadows. The space From the large terrace (south facing, 100 m²) you have a great view over the Allgäu alpine meadows. In summer you can hear the bell ringing of the dairy cows, in winter cross-country ski trails start right by the house. The chalet has 2 separate bedrooms with comfortable double beds, 1 children's room with a children's bunk bed (1.70 × 0.80 m) and a collapsible baby bed, 2 large bathrooms, 1 guest toilet, hallway with dressing room, large cozy dining area, open kitchen with cooking island, storage room with washing machine and dryer, living room with corner sofa (extendable to another double bed for 2 people with spring mattress and topper), fireplace and TV as well as a large terrace. A spacious sauna with access to the terrace and a freestanding bathtub leave nothing to be desired. There is a ski boot dryer and storage facilities in the basement room. The standard/optimal occupancy due to the 2 bedrooms + children's room with single bunk bed (1.70 × 0.80 m) is 4 adults or 2 adults and 1-2 children. An adjustable baby cot is also available. With this occupancy, the maximum comfort of the apartment is given. The additional maximum occupancy with use of the sofa bed in the living room is 6 adults or 4 adults with 1 child (single bunk bed) and a baby in the adjustable baby bed. Unfortunately, the apartment is not suitable for families with more than 2 children. For the chargeable occupancy above the standard occupancy, we will create an offer on request due to the expected higher cleaning and energy costs. We calculate here with 25 euros/ night per person above the standard occupancy. Particular emphasis was placed on high-quality materials, luxurious furnishings and the use of real old wood. The entire apartment incl. Ski cellar is equipped with floor heating, has Wi-Fi, SONOS™ jukeboxes, telephone connection and BUS smart home control via wall switch. The chalet is equipped with installed SONOS™ boxes in the living-dining area and in the main bathroom/sauna area. These can be used by guests via the SONOS™ app. Internet/Wi-Fi is available free of charge (200 Mbps). A landline telephone connection is available. Light and room temperature can be easily regulated via BUS smart home control via wall switches. SAMSUNG™ washing machine and SAMSUNG™ heat pump dryer are available in the storage room. There you will also find a vacuum cleaner with bags, iron, ironing board and clothes rack. Note: Laundry and cleaning supplies are provided In the basement there is a bench, ski rack and ski boot dryer. Since the basement room is also equipped with underfloor heating, winter sports equipment and clothing can be dried here. Access to the basement room is via the staircase, elevator or underground parking garage.
