Welcome to "Enjoy Forest" The space Our large stone house, gardens, terrace and 4 bedrooms are located in the heart of Oncy-sur-Ecole, charming village of the French Gâtinais Regional Natural Park and the 3 Pignons massif, 3km from the center of Milly-la-Forêt. Here, you'll live to the rhythm of the countryside and forest that reign supreme. The house is equipped with WIFI: reception 47.60 mb/s, sending 54.81 mb/s, latency 7 ms Go through the gate, you will be charmed by this large house and its gardens that have all the assets to gather in a convivial way. 2 gardens line the house: the one on the main entrance side and the one at the back of the house with its terrace that enjoys a beautiful sun at sunrise. The swing will be a place loved by children. You now enter the house through a large entrance and discover the large kitchen open to the living room fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with a 4 gas hob, a traditional oven, a microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, most of the small appliance such as Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle and of course the dishes and cooking utensils to make your meals real moments of conviviality. The living room fireplace will definitely be where you'll enjoy your end of the day after a climbing out or a forest walk. It's set up with a big couch and armchairs to enjoy real moments of sharing. In winter, let yourself be tempted by a flare-up in the fireplace (be careful: wood is not provided). The living room is equipped with a large flat screen. In the dining room, you'll find yourself around the large pool table transformed into a remarkable dining table, to make your meals delicious moments of sharing. On the ground floor you also find a bathroom with double sink, shower and a washing machine. From the file room, you access a first bedroom on the mezzanine (the bedroom is not closed by a door) with a queen-size bed. From the living room fireplace, you access via a staircase to the 3 bedrooms and a desk landing: A large attic bedroom with queen size bed and a crib. Going down a few steps down is a bedroom with a 140x190 bed Going up a few steps, a bedroom with 3 single beds of 80x200. The perfect room for all ages. The bathroom to share with a bath and a double vanity. On the ground floor and upstairs are 2 independent toilets. It is also here that you will be able to find all the tranquility to work remotely in the landing office. Very special care is taken on the quality of cleaning and linens. Beds will be made and each guest will have a towel (not a bath towel). Guest access You will have access to all the amenities that make up the house except the cellar and the small room behind the bedroom with mezzanine that we keep as a storage room. You access the house from the back of the owner's house, which has a 900 m2 garden and a gate with direct access to a quiet cul-de-sac. Also note that oversized vehicles and motorhomes are prohibited on the property.
