Visit the most beautiful sites in the Dordogne, including vineyards, châteaux and rivers. The space 160m2 single-storey gîte, former stone mansion with glass roof - renovated in 2024. Entrance into spacious hallway leading to : - a fully-equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, fan-assisted oven, microwave, kettle, citrus press, toaster, filter coffee maker and Dolce Gusto coffee machine, electric mixer), - a living room with TV, Netflix & Prime, bookcase and sofa bed - a first cosy bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a child's bed (60x160), storage space - a second bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a medium bed (120cm), and chest of drawers - a third room with 1 double bed (2x80cm) et a single bed, with a pool table - bathroom with shower, bath and WC - a patio (glass roof) with office area, and a collection of board games - laundry room with washing machine Outside, you'll find a partially fenced orchard garden with trees, a shaded terrace where you can enjoy your meals, and private parking.
