 - Check-in from 1PM to 10PM; check-out at 11AM the next day. Early check-in and late checkout depends on availability. Be worry-free from domestic chores. - Breakfast will be served to all staying guests from 8-10AM. - Food meals can be ordered in advance at Canvas Leaf farm to table restaurant.

Guest access Exclusive for you: The Merlot treehouse and the facilities under it are exclusive to you. Exclusive areas for staying guests: - West Garden: Orchidarium, Spanish fountain, Dining area + Garden setting - Multi-Purpose Hall: Gym, Activity and Game Area - Vegetable gardens - Non-chlorinated eco-infinity pool. - Football field and open air lounge areas Other things to note Yes, we are pet-friendly! 1. We only allow small to medium-sized, well-behaved pets with prior notice. 2. We charge P500 per pet. Max of 2. 3. Provide their own pet bedding and food. 4. They must wear diapers at all times and owners must immediately clean after them. 5. Present updated vaccination card >1 day before check-in. 6. We ask that pets stay off the furniture and are never left unattended. Damages of sheets, pillows, furnitures and others items will be charged from P2,000 up. We can separately arrange the following upon ample notice and availability: - Full body massage (P1,100)

 - Shuttle service (van or car) for your pickup and drop off in any point in Metro Manila to and from our farm. The rate depends on the pick up and drop off location. As a courtesy and in the true spirit of Airbnb: - Take care of our place as much as we do; - Clean and tidy up as you go, we will charge ₱1,000 for cleaning fee when the room is unreasonably dirty & unkept.
