Elevation Villa over the Ocean

Elevation Villa is set against the famous 12 Apostles Mountain Range in the sought after Camps Bay. It consists of three levels, the entrance, open plan living area with floor to ceiling glass windows overlooking a pool deck and scenic ocean views and the spacious bedrooms on the upper level with wrap around balconies to enjoy the tangerine sunsets. This camps bay home is equipped with a inverter with backup batteries for during loadshedding which is a must have when staying in South Africa. The space The open plan living area, adorned with vinyl flooring, is light, bright and open and includes and wooden fireplace which heats up the entire space. The modern kitchen is fully intergrated with Miele Appliances including tepinyaki grill, 2 plate induction hob, 4 plate gas hob, 2 ovens, microwave oven, 2 large warmer drawers and steaming oven as well as a coffee machine. The dining room table seats 10 and includes a couch as well as leather chairs. The lounge area includes ample comfy couches with warm throws for snug lounging hours in front of the 65-inch TV with Netflix and DSTV. The living area opens out onto a wooden deck with pool and outdoor seating areas and onto a luscious garden with relaxing sun loungers to bask in the sun while overlooking the scenic ocean views. There is an outdoor BBQ Grill and an outdoor shower. There is one bedroom downstairs with air conditioning, Queen Size Bed and ensuite bathroom with bath and shower and ample cupboard space. The other three spacious bedrooms are on the upper level and all have amazing ocean views, security/shade shutters, tvs and air-conditioners in every room. The main bedroom has a King Size, ensuite bathroom with bath and shower and a walk in closet. The second and third bedroom have Queen Size Beds with ensuite bathrooms with bath and shower and ample cupboards space. Each Bedroom has a dedicated work space with table and desk and sufficient lighting. The upper level also has a pyjama lounge or a play room for kids with high ceilings lots of light and includes a fuseball table, bean bags, tv and bunk beds . This area also includes a work space with desk and chair. The house has electric fencing, an alarm system and outdoor cameras for security. There is parking available on the property. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Other things to note The housekeeper lives on the premises and is available from 8am - 4pm Monday - Friday. After hours or weekend work will be charged at an extra cost. We also ask you to kindly tip. The housekeeper is not responsible for laundry. All Laundry is collected by the laundromat and delivered the next day. This is at an extra cost. South Africa experiences load-shedding from time to time with planned periods of no electricity. The house has an 12KVA inverter with backup batteries and a solar geyser for during load-shedding which operates the whole house and most appliances except the ovens and the air-conditioners. The microwave oven, gas hob and fans can be used during this period. A refundable breakage deposit of R25,000.00 to be paid prior check-in. To be refunded after inspection should their be no breakages. We can assist with arranging massages, chefs, transport, babysitting and tours at an extra cost and in advance.
