Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This semi detached property is located in a very quiet area with off street parking. Conveniently situated eight minutes walk from the Glider transport system which connects to Belfast city centre, Ballyhackamore and Stormont grounds. Nearby, a variety of restaurants, cafes and local shops can be reached in five minutes by foot. The Belfast to Comber Greenway is located close by for walking or cycling. The space The room has a standard double bed, bed side drawers/lamps and a storage unit for clothes. There is a key lock installed on the room door. The room has a black out blind and curtains. There is a hair dryer with optional defuser attachment in the room. All windows in the house are double glazed. I live at the property alone and it has a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Guest access As a guest you will have access to one shared bathroom and an additional toilet downstairs. There are two reception rooms (both with sofas) and a kitchen. Outside you have access to a front and back garden with outdoor furniture. During your stay If you have any queries during your stay I will be available to help. Other things to note Self check in/out is available. Check in is after 3pm and Check out is 11:00am.
