Sink into our 3-seater leather recliner sofa and unwind after a day of exploring the city, or catch up on your favourite shows on the flat-screen TV with Netflix installed. 3-in-1 Fast Charging Cable is provided in the TV Console drawer for you to use should you need it. A folding Luggage Rack is also provided for your convenience to pack/unpack. For accommodations of more than 2 pax, a double-sized sofa bed is available for use. A comfortable 4-seater dining set (extendable to 6-seater) is provided not only for you to relax and enjoy your drinks and meals but as a spacious working place as well. Other things to note *IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE* *PRE CHECK IN REQUIREMENTS* All guests are required to submit valid IDs (passport for foreign visitors and any government-issued ID for locals). Please provide all necessary documents required at least 3 days prior to your arrival or ASAP for last minute bookings. These are required by the property for security reasons. You may not be able to check-in if you are unable to submit the requirements before check-in date. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT Check in time is 2PM Check out time is 12PM Once you've arrived at the guard house, do let them know regarding your booking reservation for 121B and show them your ID for verification of the booking. There may be a receptionist at the main lobby to assist you in the lobby. Only registered guests are allowed to stay. Non-registered guests (visitors) are allowed to stay till 10pm, after which will be charged P500/pax per night. Please note to adhere to follow the check in and check out timings as the cleaning staff need ample time to prepare for the next guests. Guests are given a unique digital lock code which will be given after submission of pre check in requirements and within 24 hours prior to your check-in schedule. PARKING NOTE: Please be informed that the common parking space in this building is only free in the day time. Paid parking option is available for Guest with private vehicle for PHP500 per night or PHP3,500 per month by Amani Grand Management. Kindly inform me ahead of time if you have any vehicle because the parking slot is subject to availability.
