The rooms feature big south facing windows over looking a private courtyard and natural wood floors. The flat is my home so is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable stay, including high speed fibre broadband. The space Location: a quiet street just 5 minutes walk to the well connected Highbury and Islington station. You can get to the heart of London in 6 minutes by tube. And within walking distance is the trendy and bohemian Upper Street (full of independent shops, restaurants and cafes), Angel (for high street retail, big supermarkets and cinema), Regents canal and Coal Drops Yard. On the doorstep you will find all the conveniences, along with nice parks and quaint pubs. Living Room: features lounge style sofa, hand made furniture, UHD flat screen TV, dining/study table and plenty of space for some home exercise - I have yoga mat with blocks, bolsters and meditation cushions which you are welcome to use. And there is low level / soft ambient lighting to create a relaxing atmosphere. Bedroom: The comfortable bed has a Emma's Premium Hybrid Mattress , luxury all seasons adjustable wool duvet and choice of four pillow types (soft to firm). There is a bird cage wardrobe with wooden hangers, and bed side lamps on each side. The room has a slatted blind in the window box, along with a roller blind. Bathroom: Powerful shower and full sized bath. Hot water is instant. Kitchen: Fully equipped including large fridge/freezer, oven, toaster, kettle, stoneware dishes, and lots of pots/pans and utensils to you can cook with ease. There's also a dishwasher if you're feeling lazy! The pull out pantry cupboard has spices which you are welcome to use. The kitchen also has a washer/dryer and the boiler. And finally, there is Brita water filter. Workspace: the living room is bright and airy making it a wonderful workspace. Aside from high speed broadband I also have a printer which you can access if required. Guest access Private access to the flat and access to the communal courtyard Other things to note I’m looking for like minded guests to stay at my home while I’m away. For longer stays (14 days or more), a mid-stay clean will be added for £44 on top of the advertised cleaning cost. Any additional cleaning can be added for £44/clean (Subject to cleaner availability). Keys will need to be picked up from a Key Nest location about 7 minutes walk from the flat (& 1 minute walk from Highbury & Islington station). An access code will be provided to you in order to get access to retrieve the keys.
