Tramèr House - Pro Vita Comuna

The Chasa Tramèr is the ideal vacation home for families and groups of up to 15 people. The historic Grisons house is located in the old village center of Tschierv (Val Müstair) and impresses with its cozy & original charm. Surrounded by picturesque mountain ranges and in the immediate vicinity of the Swiss National Park (the oldest and best protected wilderness area in the Alps), it is the ideal starting point for hikes and tours of all kinds (skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, hiking & biking). The space The entrance of the house leads directly into the spacious common room with open kitchen, a large extendable dining table and a cozy fireplace with sofa & armchairs. Via the adjoining room with wardrobe & Töggelikasten you can reach the staircase to the two upper floors, where there are a total of 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets and a roof playroom (mattress storage). The bathrooms were renovated last year and are state-of-the-art. Behind the house is a cozy seating area with natural stone walls and a fireplace overlooking the surrounding mountains. Pro Vita Comuna was founded in 1974 with the aim of renovating old buildings worth preserving and creating inexpensive, authentic holiday rooms for cooperative members and interested parties. As a social and non-profit organization, it strives for gentle tourism and attaches importance to maintenance and renovations according to ecological criteria. Currently, Pro Vita Comuna still owns the Chasa Tramèr, which has been gently renovated while preserving the historical building structure and made available for reasonable tourism. The board is committed to ensuring that you can experience unforgettable moments in this listed holiday home with your family or as a group.
