HOME: -(2) queen size beds -this is a duplex; you will have a renter above you -washer and dryer in the unit and is free of charge to use during your stay -unfinished basement space available to use for storage needs | laundry is located in the basement KITCHEN -pots -pans -dishes -silverware -coffee maker -oven with electric range -coffee and tea stocked for your convenience. We have a zero tolerance policy regarding unauthorized parties, illegal behavior, and allowing unregistered guests onto our property. The cameras are on both the front and back porches. They record the front and back porches, sidewalks, front and back yards. We have access to recorded footage at all times. ****Early check-in (1pm - 3pm) OR late check-out (1 -2 hours after 10am) will be an additional $25.00+ and must be approved by Host prior to check-in. **** ***Loud & obnoxious behavior will not be tolerated and guests will be asked to leave.
