It sits just minutes away from Cedar Point, Sports Force, Kalahari, and the downtown ferry to the Lake Erie islands. This two story home includes 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (2 queens and 1 full size bed), with an additional non-private loft area with a full size futon. Enjoy the beautiful view of Lake Erie while sipping your favorite beverage on the front patio or from the comfort of inside looking through the large picture window. This home includes the following amenities: stocked kitchen with cookware and dishes (just bring the food!), coffee maker, tubes for the lake, outside patio, washer & dryer, wi-fi, and the neighborhood association small private beach, pier, playground, picnic tables and grills, and basketball court. Pets are welcome and there is a small patch of grass in the back of the house for relieving purposes! Parking is available for up to 3 cars (please contact for more info).
