It is a modern 2-room apartment released in the 2018 season, with 2 floors, with access from the 1st floor of the building. It has a grill in the patio, air conditioning, safe, access to FIBER OPTIC, the best in internet quality in the area and flat screen TV. In addition, the kitchen has a coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster, among other things. There is a toilet on the 1st floor and another full bathroom on the 2nd floor. The space Palmas del Mar provides laundry service, (towels and sheets) and cleaning. Guest access All Palmas del Mar guests have access to the AIR-CONDITIONED pool that operates in SUMMER on the terrace and to the outdoor garage. Other things to note The 2-room apartment consists of a room with a 160x190 queen size sommier bed (which, with prior request, can be separated into two single beds), and also in the living/dining room it has an American sofa with 80x190 and 70x180 mattresses (the one below). Only small pets (up to 8kg) are allowed. It is forbidden to leave them alone in the apartment.
