Charming Private Peaceful Colonial House with screens on the windows! Located 10 minutes from Antigua, in Santa Catarina Bobadilla. This tall beautiful house has custom details of brick, stone and a beautiful colonial vibe. Surrounded by beautiful trees, garden space and a spectacular view of mountains, all 3 volcanos and a coffee plantation. 3 parking spaces within the property. One for the private house and one for the apartment also on property (separate entrance) and one extra if needed. The space Our home is 4 levels high inside, and a 5th level which is the terrace. You are first greeted with a beautiful green, fenced in yard. When you enter the home, you are on level 1 and will see the living room, one bedroom, and a full bathroom. Heading up 7 steps you walk into a fully equipped kitchen. To your left is the dining room with a view of Volcano Fuego and Acatenango. To the right of the kitchen is the laundry room and an extra toilet. And a Pila. You will also find a lot of containers for food and baking pants, etc. This is level 2. Going up 7 more steps brings you up to level 3. There are two bedrooms, one with a bunk bed, and the other with a full/double bed. (We also have a single blow up mattress and crib). This level also has a full bathroom including a tub. Going up 7 more steps brings you to level 4. This is the Master bedroom level and has a King bed and it's own full master bathroom. (don't be alarmed by the ceiling. We are preparing the ceiling, but everything is clean and fully functional). When you go out of the door on level 4, that will take you to a little patio that then takes you to the terrace. Guest access You will have access to the entire main house and garden out front. There is an apartment, with a separate entrance, in the very lowest part of the home. The door is on the West side of the house. You do not have access to the apartment (unless you also reserved the apartment through our airbnb listing). You also have access to one parking spot. Possible second parking spot available, please chat if needed. Other things to note There is an outdoor security system - a kind and friendly dog, named Diesel, on the property. :) Our family next door takes care of him.
