The gated neighborhood provides 24hr patrols and night-time limited access for your security The space This is a super cute unit in a great location. Comfortable for a single / couple or small family - the gated community is patrolled constantly and is considered one of the safest in the area, you should still approach this as city living that requires some attention to your surroundings. The unit is well appointed with everything you would need for a comfortable stay, however if you have guests using the couch to sleep - you should be aware that bathroom access is through the bedroom. Guest access Access instructions will automatically be sent via Airbnb messaging 24hrs in advance of your check in. As access is through lockbox / keypad, any late-night arrival will be fine. Other things to note -Quiet hours are from 8pm-7am, there are neighbors who keep an eye on things so any late night crazy disturbances will quickly come to our attention as a problem. -Uploading the ID of the primary guest will be required prior to unit access. - The gates allowing access to Ultimo Trolley beach and Barbosa Park are locked nightly at 6pm. - Beach essentials include a couple beach chairs and beach towels only.
