You are welcome to use the kitchen to make your own breakfast, the fridge to cool your drinks, and use the washing machine if you've run out of clean clothes. Party and event are not allowed, please make sure the music kept at reasonable level, and no noise after 10pm. Please clean your dishes and the oven after use, extra cleaning charges apply from $50 if the oven and other appliances are found uncleaned after use. Please ensure all the lights, heater, and AC are switched off when leaving. We will help you with requests from 10am to 6pm, or 24 hrs in an emergency.
