This property is located in a hip, trendy, up and coming neighborhood called the West End—not the typical suburbia. Very similar in feel to the North End, this neighborhood includes houses each with their own unique charm, is quiet, safe, and is popular with outdoor enthusiasts. The open living area is designed for seamless conversations with a comfortable seating area, a 65" smart TV for your entertainment, and plenty of pillows and blankets for those snowy or rainy days. The adjoining dining area and fully equipped kitchen allow for enjoyable meal preparation from the comfort of your own space. An inflatable standup paddle board available for guest use at Quinn’s Pond at Esther Simplot Park or for floating the Boise River in the summer. Please handle the paddle board with care and let it dry before folding it back up into the bag. Perfect for traveling professionals, corporate housing, insurance housing, executive stays, vacation rentals, and temporary housing solutions. PETS: Guests traveling with pets must include their pets within the reservation and pets must be house-trained. Host may ask for more details about pets to ensure safety and good property fit. Please use the pet-specific provided blankets. Pets are prohibited on the furniture and beds. Guests must pickup after your pets or be subject to additional charges.
