Please note that we have CCTV and an alarm system at our property - when you arrive, it will make a warning sound. Don't be alarmed, this is normal! Guest access You can use the whole space including the grassed outdoor area immediately outside the front door. Please note that the farm is a separate property - please don't access this space. You will see that there is a door just off of the lounge area. This door is kept locked when guests are staying.
