Our house is a craftsman style home with plenty of cool features like a giant porch for relaxing and enjoying the peace and serenity, an indoor fireplace for great ambiance with comfortable leather furnishings and the kitchen is outfitted for cooking and entertaining. The bedrooms each have their own bath, the master bath is spacious with an electric wall fireplace , deep soaking tub and huge shower with dual shower heads. Outside the front door is a beautiful park where you might join a tai chi class and just two blocks away an awesome coffee shop. Be sure to stroll around the Lake to enjoy Florida nature at its best. A short 15 min walk brings you to the chic downtown area, a weekend farmers market, plenty of eateries and boutiques and a local brewery with a food truck and live music. Maybe a massage or a yoga class? Florida Southern College, Southeastern University, spring training for the Detroit Tigers and the best shopping in Lakeland are all less than 10 minutes away. You won’t need to go anywhere until you might be ready to travel to Disney, Legoland, Universal or the amazing white sand beaches of Clearwater all within an hours drive. It is locked and contains our personal items that we use when we are in town visiting our parents, children and grandchildren. There is also a locked shed in the back yard with cleaning supplies that is not available for our guests.
