The property also works very well for professional and contractor stays, offering clear sleeping arrangements, strong Wi-Fi, ample parking and space to relax after work — without the hassle of splitting teams across multiple hotel rooms. The house is located in a peaceful area and operates under a strict noise policy, making it ideal for respectful gatherings and working stays alike. ⸻ SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (PLEASE READ) Main House The main house contains 10 individual beds, making it suitable for: • Up to 17 guests for family groups who are happy to share beds and rooms • Up to 10 guests for professional or contractor groups requiring one person per bed Room configuration: • Room One: King-size four-poster bed | Ensuite bathroom • Room Two: King-size four-poster bed | Roll-top bath | Separate WC • Room Three: King-size bed • Room Four: Double bed • Room Five: Bunk bed with one double (lower) and one single (upper) • Room Six: Two double beds • Room Seven: Two single beds This layout works particularly well for extended families, cousins, siblings and mixed-age groups, as well as small work teams. ⸻ OPTIONAL SELF-CONTAINED ANNEX (ADDITIONAL COST) The annex is not included by default and is available at an additional cost, subject to availability. Other things to note This house is not a party house, and although it's a large spacious family house that's great for get-togethers, we do not promote parties or loud noise. We have neighbors close by who will not be happy if there is a high level of noise and will inform us.
