Budle Bay Loft is just a couple of minutes drive from Bamburgh and enjoys amazing views over Budle Bay and Holy Island, with Lindisfarne Castle and the open sea in the distance. It sits in an enviable position at the mouth of the bay on the top floor of a Grade II listed former mill. Between the dramatic ebb and flow of the tides, it is a birdwatcher’s paradise - with so many species that it is one of one of the most important estuary systems in the UK. The space Property Layout ACCOMMODATION This is a third floor penthouse apartment sitting in a Grade II listed former maltings mill. There is a secure entry system as well as a lift for ease of access. The accommodation sits on one floor. Bright open-plan sitting room/dining/kitchen with two large sofas and chairs, feature fire, 50 inch Smart TV with sound bar, Bluetooth docking station, Echo Show and a small selection of books. Two windows look out over Budle Bay offering fantastic panoramic views and spectacular birdwatching opportunities. There is a telescope and binoculars which guests are welcome to use. Dining space with table and seating for six. Kitchen is well equipped with electric oven with ceramic hob, large fridge/freezer, integrated dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, washing machine/dryer. Bedroom one with 5’ king size bed, double-height ceiling, wardrobe with drawer space. En-suite bathroom with shower unit, heated towel rail, basin and WC. Bedroom two with 4’6” double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, Sony radio cube. Bedroom three with two 3’ twin beds, double-height ceiling, wardrobe. Family bathroom with large shower unit with rainforest head, heated towel rail, basin and WC. OUTSIDE There is a communal garden space to the front of the property overlooking Budle Bay, as well as an elevated decking area which can be used for barbecues, birdwatching or admiring the views. There is parking in the courtyard to the front of the mill building. Extra provision is available to the rear if required. PARKING There is parking in the courtyard to the front of the mill building. DOGS One well behaved dog is welcome at Budle Bay Loft at a charge of £15. The owners may consider an additional dog by request. Dogs must be kept to the main living space only; are not permitted on the beds or furniture; and must not be left in the property unattended. GUEST AMENITIES The beds are made up with high quality Egyptian cotton bed linen. Two hairdryers are supplied. Luxurious bath sheets, hand towels and guest toiletries are provided. WI-FI & MOBILE COVERAGE Wi-Fi is available. Mobile coverage is generally good. HEATING Electric heating throughout the property. Feature fireplace in the sitting room. Other things to note Dog Friendly One well-behaved dog is welcome (£15 fee). The owners may consider an additional dog by request.
