Clean Modern 1 Bedroom Apartment, 3 Mins. to Ferry

Staying in my apartment you will enjoy a quiet and very comfortable experience. You will appreciate the convenience of a 3 minute drive to the "Spirit of Tasmania" ferry service, a short 10 minute drive from Devonport Airport & 6 minute drive to Devonport CBD, Beaches, Cafes & Restaurants. There's easy access to cycling and walking tracks. Tourist destinations such as Sheffield, Lake Barrington, Mt. Rolland, Cradle Mountain, Stanley & Boat Harbour Beach are within a 30 min to 1.5 hour drive. The space You will have the entire self contained apartment to yourself and the space consists of the following:- A large combined lounge, dining and kitchen area complete with a 2 seater electric recliner sofa, a front loader washing machine, oven, microwave, twin induction cook top, a full sized fridge with a separate freezer, kettle, toaster and blender. A separate bathroom and toilet with large shower. A quiet bedroom with a roller blind and black out curtains and a queen size suite with high quality mattress. A lock up garage with remote control roller door and a small East facing timber deck to enjoy your morning coffee. Guest access Access is via the right hand side remote control garage door. PLEASE NOTE: The garage is provided for your use but if you choose not to use it then please park on the street so as not to block my access to the other garage. Other things to note The apartment is on the lower level of my 3 level home and is fully self contained but it's still part of my home in which I reside. As I will usually be present during your visit here I will do my best to be as quiet and considerate as possible. All I expect is the same consideration in return please. Excess noise, parties or extra guests will not be tolerated. The garage is provided for your use but it's entirely optional however If you choose not to use it then please park on the street to allow myself access in and out of the other garage. PLEASE NOTE, the apartment doesn't have WiFi as I use a "hot spot" tethered to my mobile phone for internet use. Please consider this when booking my apartment.
