Situated just a few minutes drive to Uvita on the North end of town, our property offers a secure gate, covered guest parking, infinity pool, BBQ and offers large outdoor spaces to enjoy in rain or shine! Lots of wildlife to observe* from Monkeys, Coatis, +++, various land creatures and an abundance of birds can all be enjoyed while you’re in the pool or relaxing outdoors. Covered outdoor spaces and tiled floors all around the casita with large outdoor living room for comfort and patio table for eating, playing cards, looking up your next adventure or just gazing into nature. There is a bistro set on the backside of the casita. A great spot for watching monkeys, birds, coatis and other wildlife that may go through during your visit. Outdoor spaces are equipped with ceiling fans & patio lights for evening enjoyment. Infinity pool. (variable depth pool with stairs & evening pool lights) Beautiful views throughout the property. *Wildlife is natural and cannot be guaranteed. Such things as human noise, weather etc. can all play a factor. No need worrying about how to get here, only 2 wheel access needed. NO 4X4 required **PLEASE NOTE** We live in the main house which is close by. We are here to assist if needed and intend to provide you with as much privacy as possible during your stay. We want you to enjoy our place as much as we do. Guest access You have access to the guest casita, outdoor living room & patio area, pool and surrounding space. There is a bistro set on the backside of the casita. A great spot for watching monkeys, birds, coatis and other wildlife that may go through during your visit. There is a drying rack on site as well as clothes lines for wet items. Guest BBQ is onsite. Other things to note The 3pc bathroom is located in the main floor bedroom. The 2 single beds are on the second floor. No a/c on second floor - fans provided. Not suited for 2 couples/4 adults. *Best suited for family of 4, 1 couple or a group of 3 due to 1 washroom *DO NOT flush toilet paper. All toilet paper, tissue, sanitary pads and similar products must be placed in the garbage provided. **If you come from the beach, please rinse all sand from footwear and swimwear with the water supply by the garage or outdoor shower by the pool. ***SMOKING - Smoking is permitted in the outdoor spaces only. We ask for your cooperation in keeping the spaces clean if you will be smoking onsite. Please discard of all all cigarettes butts in ashtrays, not on our property. Indoor smoking NOT allowed.
