The space This townhouse has two floors and comes fully furnished with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a stove, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, TV, shower, air-conditioned bedroom and living room, wifi, garage, and more. To ensure the safety of homeowners and their visitors, guests must provide a list of attendees and a photocopy of their identification for the management's records. Guest access You’re welcome to use anything in the house, but please handle everything with care. Keep in mind that you’re responsible for any damages, so treat the house as if it were your own. Please note: • For bookings of 2 guests, only 1 room will be available. • For 4 guests, 2 rooms will be opened and 2 toilets. • For 6-10 guests, all rooms will be accessible. Please note that visitors are not permitted due to the management's strict policy. Other things to note Since there is no store nearby, remember to bring your own food and supplies.
